Hello, my 4-legged friend

A worthy departure

Who knows if they will come to us one day. What is certain is that here, in the present, our four-legged friends need the same love and respect that they gave us in life.

That is why Ofisa has been managing the funerals of pets such as our beloved dogs and cats for years.

Pets can find a dignified departure in the service that Ofisa provides for those who have loved them: we collect the body of the animal directly at home or at any private or public outpatient facility and provide transport to the crematorium facilities that have an agreement with us.

Once the pet has been picked up, our staff promptly inform the customer of the date on which the service will take place, because only those who have lost their furry pet know how heartbreaking and painful it is to say goodbye.

More than just a companion, a pet is in effect a valuable member of the family. While everyone grieves differently, it is normal to want to acknowledge the passing of your pet and give them the goodbye they deserve.

Some pet owners choose to have their pets cremated, while others opt for a cremation and funeral service that provides a sense of closure to the circle of life as well described in the legend of the Rainbow Bridge.

All Ofisa staff know that there is no right way to say goodbye to your dog or cat. You could choose a backyard burial (do your research first and find out the municipal regulations), donate their body to science or let the professionals take care of everything from collecting the remains to immortalising your pet in a piece of jewellery.

Ofisa is able to offer

If you are considering having your pet cremated or engaging someone to perform a funeral service, Ofisa can offer:

Professionalism and a sense of respect

When you contact a pet cremation agency, you should expect them to treat you and your pet with dignity and care.

Pick up and drop off

Ofisa offers a door-to-door pet cremation and funeral service, which can include collecting your deceased pet from your home or vet and returning it to the location of your choice, in an urn, with an engraved name plate or a simple wooden box.

Cremation options

If you want a private cremation (which means your pet is the only pet in the cremation chamber) be sure to ask for this option. Keep in mind that it will probably be more expensive

Availability

Pets can cross the rainbow bridge at any time of the day or night, so it can be helpful to choose a pet cremation or funeral service provider like Ofisa that accepts calls 24/7.

Additional Services

Some pet cremation and pet funeral service providers offer extra services such as a 'final farewell' photograph before the vet's last appointment at the vet's, and others can even support you at the vet's during what is certainly a very difficult time.
